Olga Messios is a Human Resources executive with over twenty years’ professional experience in human resource management and organizational development. She’s a strategic thinker and an effective communicator, with exceptional people development abilities.

 

Her work spans both the corporate world and the international humanitarian environment; it includes large organisations active in over 100 countries with a workforce of 55,000. Through these Olga has attained extensive organisational and functional knowledge including diverse multicultural environments. She has led and advised offices in the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Balkans and Caucuses, and also undertook assignments in southern and northern Africa and Central America.

 

Her professional interests and development lie in creating and delivering customer value, managing strategy and change, evaluating organisational performance, and talent and leadership development.  Olga holds an MSc in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour, is a certified trainer, coach, global career development facilitator as well as being MBTI accredited.
