Her work spans both the corporate world and the international humanitarian environment; it includes large organisations active in over 100 countries with a workforce of 55,000. Through these Olga has attained extensive organisational and functional knowledge including diverse multicultural environments. She has led and advised offices in the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Balkans and Caucuses, and also undertook assignments in southern and northern Africa and Central America.
