Panayiotis Pachomiou is a Chartered Architect member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK). Mr Pachomiou’s thirty years’ professional experience and extensive track record in architectural design and project management provides a firm foundation for a range of developments including high rise and mixed use projects.  

Mr Pachomiou’s most recent experience in London was gained working at Lovell, part of the Morgan Sindall Group plc, a leading UK construction and regeneration Group, operating in the public and commercial sectors. In 2006 Mr Pachomiou relocated to Cyprus where he set up an architectural practice providing a rare combination of strategic architectural, property development and asset management services.  

As a Chartered Architect his expertise extends to project management, sourcing real estate investment opportunities for clients and undertaking due diligence consultancy services. His knowledge of the planning legislation both in the UK and Cyprus facilitates maximization of planning gains and swift implementation of projects with lucrative outcomes.
