Stelios joined Cyprowealth Capital Ltd on January 2022 as the CFO and he is responsible for all the financial operations of the group as well as for Business Development using the valuable network that he has built throughout his career.

Stelios has worked for a number of years in Global Compliance Services of PWC in Cyprus where he gained international experience and had the opportunity to work with global groups of companies operating in the fields of oil and gas, shipping, financial services, real estate, medical services, securities, energy and trusts, gaining valuable experience in financial matters, tax and VAT legislation on a local and on an international scale as well as on corporate and compliance matters.

He afterwards expanded his career working as a Senior Accounts Manager at Vistra Cyprus Ltd where he was personally handling a portfolio of more than 100 well diversified international clients. During this period Stelios was involved in large group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, trading in financial instruments and other complex transactions and was successfully handling clients with hundreds of millions under management.

Before joining Cyprowealth Group, Stelios was an Executive Director for 6 years at CPM Group and was the Managing Director of the Limassol office. He was responsible for the overall management of the Limassol office operations, performance, and business development activities.

During his career Stelios has gained a wealth of knowledge in international, financial and tax legislation, and specializes now in the regime of Cyprus. His involvement in well diversified business activities has given him considerable expertise in management and financial reporting, business consulting and management, tax structuring and business development.

Stelios is a qualified Certified Chartered Accountant and member of the ACCA, ICPAC CISI and CYFA and he served as president of Tax and Legal committee of the latter for the period 2016-2018. Stelios currently serves on the social committee of the CISI.

Since 2017, Stelios delivers presentations in Cyprus on corporate matters of Accounting, VAT and Cyprus Tax.
